Procedure for Purchase and Import of Vessels

Get your boat with our purchase process

1- Search

We perform an exhaustive search within the American market according to the requirements provided by the customer in terms of brand, model, year, engine and other specifications, this in order to deliver a product to suit your needs and at a good price, in our quote we deliver final price put in your port with all taxes paid, this stage has no cost to the customer.

2- Selection

Once the boat is selected we schedule an appointment with the owners or Dealer to perform a thorough review of the boat, this process is performed by MADEINUSA BOATS LLC our company located in Orlando, Florida, United States and only being in perfect conditions the purchase is approved, this process has a cost in case the boat is in conditions to buy it and the customer desists from the purchase, the cost will depend on the travel time to get to where the boat is located.

3- Purchase of the vessel

Prior to purchase we send for review and subsequent signature “CONTRACT OF PROMISE OF PURCHASE AND SALE OF SMALL VESSEL” which details the characteristics of the boat, price, photos and method of payment, at the time of purchase we perform the review of documentation which proves that the boat is in perfect legal condition to be purchased and transferred to our company in the United States ”MADEINUSA BOATS LLC”.All our purchases go through the review process in legal terms by our company in the USA. Once the purchase is completed we send Videos, photos of the boat and copy of the legal documentation that proves the purchase by our company in the USA.

4- Shipping

All our shipments are through the ports of Florida or any port in the United States that are available, for this we have our strategic partners in the city of MIAMI which are responsible for consolidating and shipping our cargo to your country.

4- Receipt and delivery

Our company is in charge of the internment, payment of taxes and removal of the vessel from the port, so we deliver it to the client in a place to be defined and ready to register in your country, avoiding the whole complex process of internment.

Methods of payment

I- Payment of 70% to schedule a visit, review of the boat, according to stage 2, in case the boat does not meet the standard of approval and is found with any mechanical defect will not be made the purchase, we give the option to return payment or leave it to continue looking for another boat.

II- Payment of the balance of the final 30% at the moment of receiving the Pre-alert from the carrier at that moment we must begin the whole process of internment and payment of taxes in your country.
